I believe women who indulge in dirty laundry at their workplace actually are insecure. They flock together (not in friendship, but in convenience) because none have the power of individuality. It just goes to show what their actual confidence levels really are. I feel they lack the most important thing a real woman is all about; a true heart!.

true, but i just think its a lack of direction and a purpose.. i think they come to work to faff :D
